VACANCIA : Word used to define a job VACANCY. In Spanish it is UNA VACANTE.

VALE VISHI : A way of saying "VALE QUE SEA". In English it would be on the lines of "OKAY I ACCEPT'.

VARGULA : Bad Spanish for VALVULA which is VALVE in English. In this case "UN TIO VARGULA" means as UNSCUPULOUS OPPORTUNIST.

VENTANA : This word means WINDOW in Spanish but it is wrongly used instead of ESCAPARATE which is a SHOP-WINDOW or SHOWCASE

VERDOSA : Name given to the old Pound notes which were green in colour. VERDE is GREEN in Spanish. See also CAGONA.

VIGIN : Should be VIGA which is a BEAM or GIRDER.

VISUA : Should be VISTAZO "HECHAR UN VISTAZO" means "HAVE A QUICK LOOK AT".
